Building Ford’s massive 57,000 sq. ft. new home next door to the old one, while staying fully open for business, was a huge and complex project. We call it ‘decanting’, gently moving the offices, showroom, garage and service department from one building to another. Once complete, we knocked the old building down.

The concrete and glass exteriors let in tons of natural light. Inside, the building fulfills a complex range of technical, organizational and environmental needs–a bright modern showroom and suites of efficient, comfortable workspaces linked to the service garages, all built to handle toxic chemicals and the highest standards of health & safety. All 100% wheelchair accessible.
