Big Lake’s Bistro

Set inside a forty-foot glasshouse to take advantage of the sunset overlooking Big Lake, Prairie Bistro’s remit was to be all things to all people. A classy self-serve cafeteria, modern bar/lounge as well as a one hundred and sixty-seat dining room. Bold patches of color, combined with lighting effects and décor, delineate each area into its own, creating different dining experiences in each space.

On one side of the main dining hall, cozy booths allow privacy and romance, while on the other side tables are lined against a massive window to savor the splendor of the view outdoors. Italian-inspired lighting and furniture in the lounge create a trendy cocktail space.

Flooded by natural light during the day, at night the bar area is transformed into an Italian style piazza… under the stars, filled with twinkling reflections and the magical glow of the signature wall.

The Bistro and Patio are much sought-after for parties and events.
